This month's Unit Title is "Explore!".
This month, we will be exploring and learning about Jesus’ last days on Earth and the birth of the Church. The early Church made a movement that took off to great places unknown. They didn’t always know where they were going and had to trust in God to be their GPS.
This Month's Biblical Theme is The Birth of the Church
Jesus ascended into Heaven, promising that a Helper would come. Days later, the Holy Spirit came to the disciples just as Jesus had promised! They were able to speak in other languages and preach. The church was born and many people believed. The Gospel began to spread from Jerusalem throughout the world.
While at the barn, families will participate together in the sanctuary, then we will dismiss children to the children’s area for about 50 minutes of age-appropriate teaching and fellowship. We ask that parents who are new with us come to check-in their children for the first time. As a newcomer, you can do this before the 9:20 a.m. or 10:50 a.m. service or just walk with your child to check-in during service. Check-out will all be funneled through a kiosk at the children’s area doorway where you can also pick up a great devotional resource and parent cue for your child each week!
